Stand for a moment and look around to see where you are at this moment. When you're ready, close your eyes, or focus them to a soft gaze. Notice the sensations of the air on your skin - your arms, your face, etc.
Next, listen for sounds - far away sounds, then nearby. Are there rhythms or patterns? What else are you noticing?
Are there scents in the air? If you breathe in as if sipping through a straw, is there a taste in the air?
Whatever you find pleasure - invite that it. Then open your eyes slowly to come back to this spot.
